The pet deposit is fully refundable pending damages. We allow 2 pets per residence. All pets must be approved in writing by management. Aggressive breeds will not be permitted which may include but not limited to American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman, German Sheppard, Rottweiler, Shari Pei or any dog with a prior bite history.
